I can offer this service through the use of Hypnotherapy based solutions. This hypnotherapy is designed for your particular confidence or self-esteem situation using 'tools' from NLP, SFBT or CBT. The trance state is just an altered state of consciousness, deeper than 'day-dreaming' but similar, where the building of your confidence work is put in place, in co-operation with self-help and any discussions in the consulting room. Self-help will normally include self-hypnosis with a given CD and anything agreed in the course of treatment. Self esteem and confidence are very common to anxiety related issues, so come and see me to help overcome them and look forwards to being your new-found self.

I am a full NCH member and on the Hypnotherapist Register no, 80457 established for 14 months within Body Balance Therapies in Temple Court.
